We are looking for a Sales Management Assistant who is highly organized, experienced with sales operations, and comfortable supporting a remote team. If you enjoy working with data, improving team performance, and supporting sales teams, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Your Role

You will help support our sales management team and ensure our remote sales team is operating efficiently.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Monitoring sales team performance
• Supporting onboarding and training of sales representatives
• Working with Excel to track performance data
• Maintaining and organizing reports
• Communicating with CRM vendors when needed
• Supporting the sales team with CRM and Zoom

Excel Skills Needed

You should be comfortable with:

VLOOKUP
IF statements
Pivot Tables
Basic calculations
Cleaning and organizing data

Requirements

Experience working remotely
Strong Microsoft Excel skills
Experience using CRM systems (Zoho preferred but not required)
Excellent English communication skills
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace

Experience working with U.S. companies is a plus.
