JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced **SEO Strategist** to help improve the visibility, traffic, and lead generation of our law firm website. We want someone who understands how to build a strong SEO foundation, identify opportunities for growth, and create a practical strategy that helps our firm rank for the right keywords and attract qualified leads.

This is not just a one-time audit role. We are looking for someone who can evaluate our current website, identify what needs to be improved, and help implement an ongoing SEO strategy.

**What We Need Help With**

* Conducting a full SEO audit of our website
* Reviewing on-page SEO, technical SEO, and local SEO performance
* Keyword research for our practice areas and target locations
* Optimizing website pages, metadata, headings, and internal linking
* Creating a content strategy to improve rankings and authority
* Advising on blog topics, service pages, and location pages
* Reviewing site structure and user experience as it relates to SEO
* Identifying opportunities to improve Google rankings and lead generation
* Monitoring performance and providing clear monthly reporting
* Making recommendations based on data, not guesswork

**Ideal Candidate**

* Proven experience as an SEO strategist or SEO specialist
* Strong understanding of technical SEO, on-page SEO, and local SEO
* Experience improving rankings for service-based businesses; law firm experience is a plus
* Ability to perform keyword research and competitor analysis
* Comfortable using SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar
* Able to explain strategy clearly in plain language
* Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize high-impact tasks
* Experience creating SEO strategies that drive actual leads, not just traffic

**Preferred Qualifications**

* Experience with legal marketing or professional services
* Familiarity with local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization
* Experience working with website platforms such as WordPress
* Understanding of how SEO supports conversion and overall marketing goals

**Scope of Work**
