Fleet Operations Virtual Assistant (Trucking Experience Required)
GOZAL INC – Remote (Philippines)

GOZAL INC is a growing U.S.-based trucking company seeking an experienced Fleet Operations Virtual Assistant located in the Philippines to support our fleet management and maintenance coordination.

This role is ideal for someone who has previously worked with U.S. trucking companies, dispatch teams, or fleet maintenance operations. The position focuses on coordinating repairs, communicating with service providers, tracking maintenance issues, and assisting the operations team with fleet-related tasks.

Responsibilities

Assist with coordinating truck and trailer repairs with repair shops and roadside service providers across the U.S.

Research and locate repair facilities when drivers experience breakdowns

Communicate with repair shops to request quotes and negotiate service pricing when possible

Track maintenance issues and update fleet records

Assist drivers and dispatch with repair updates and service scheduling

Maintain organized records of repairs, invoices, and maintenance history

Help ensure fleet equipment is repaired quickly and efficiently

Support the operations team with fleet-related administrative tasks

Requirements

Previous experience working with a U.S. trucking company or fleet operations team

Experience assisting with fleet maintenance coordination, roadside service, or dispatch support

Strong written and spoken English

Strong communication skills when dealing with repair shops and vendors

Reliable internet connection

Ability to work during U.S. business hours when required

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

Experience using Google Sheets / spreadsheets

Preferred Experience

Experience working with dispatch or maintenance departments

Familiarity with trucking terminology (tractor, trailer, breakdowns, road service)

Experience supporting U.S.-based trucking companies remotely

Compensation

Competitive monthly salary based on experience.
