Summary of The Position:
The Post Purchase Implementation Specialist is responsible for the strategic implementation and optimization of post-purchase upsell funnels, primarily utilizing platforms like Aftersell. This role focuses on enhancing Average Order Value (AOV) and Customer Lifetime Value (CLTV) for Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) e-commerce brands by creating highly relevant and effective post-purchase offers. The specialist will manage the full lifecycle of implementation, from strategic planning and A/B testing to performance monitoring and continuous optimization, ensuring seamless integration and alignment with brand objectives.
Responsibilities:
• Implement and manage post-purchase upsell funnels using platforms such as Aftersell, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives to increase AOV and CLTV.
• Conduct systematic A/B testing across various elements including product selection, offer and pricing structures, pricing angles, copywriting, psychological angles, user interface (UI) optimization, and customer segmentation.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Acceptance Rate, AOV Lift, Incremental Profit/Session, and Upsell Conversion Rate, optimizing for Revenue Per Visitor (RPV) and Profit Per Visitor (PPV).
• Ensure technical and creative requirements are met for all implementations, including fulfillment safety (e.g., 'Order on Hold' feature), mobile responsiveness, brand consistency, and effective inventory management.
• Collaborate with marketing and design teams to ensure brand consistency and compelling offer presentation.
• Identify and avoid common pitfalls such as the 'Wall of Text' error and the 'Irrelevance' trap, focusing on clear value propositions and relevant offers.
• Leverage customer data, loyalty programs, and other add-ons to enhance post-purchase strategies and maximize incremental revenue.
• Continuously refine and improve post-purchase strategies based on performance data and evolving market trends.

Required Skills:
• Proven experience in implementing and optimizing post-purchase upsell strategies, preferably with platforms like Aftersell.
• Strong understanding of e-commerce metrics and their impact on business growth (AOV, CLTV, ROAS, RPV, PPV).
• Demonstrated expertise in A/B testing methodologies and data-driven optimization.
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality assurance in all implementations.
• Knowledge of mobile UI/UX best practices for e-commerce.
• Ability to analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly.
• Experience with project management software (e.g., Clickup) is a plus.
• Proactive approach with a sense of urgency and purpose in daily tasks.
