JOB OVERVIEW

OVERVIEW:
We’re looking for a Social Media Manager to run and grow AI-themed social media
pages focused on trending artificial intelligence news, tools, and updates.

This role is execution-focused. You will monitor AI news sources, tech publications,
hashtags, and competing AI theme pages daily. Your job is to identify high-performing or
trending topics, verify information using original sources, and transform those topics into
optimized short-form content using AI tools and strong visual design.

You must be highly organized, fast-moving, and comfortable using ChatGPT and other
AI tools to restructure and improve content—not just copy it. Strong Canva and CapCut
skills are non-negotiable.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Monitor AI news daily (e.g., major tech publications such as TechCrunch, official
company blogs, product launch announcements, etc.)
2. Track trending AI hashtags, viral posts, and competing AI theme pages across
TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and X
3. Identify high-performing topics early and turn them into optimized content quickly
4. Verify claims using original sources before publishing
5. Use ChatGPT and other AI tools to:
- Check accuracy of trending posts
- Improve hooks and structure
- Generate carousel outlines (e.g., 8–10 slides)
- Refine captions for engagement
6. Create branded carousel posts using Canva
7. Edit short-form videos using CapCut for TikTok, Reels, and Shorts
8. Repurpose content across platforms while maintaining consistent branding
9. Maintain a consistent daily posting schedule
10. Track basic analytics (views, saves, shares, watch time) and identify patterns
11. Continuously improve formatting, hooks, and storytelling to increase engagement

REQUIREMENTS:
- Advanced Canva and CapCut skills (must be clear in portfolio)
- Strong understanding of short-form content structure (hooks, pacing, retention)
- Ability to monitor multiple AI news sources and theme pages daily
- Ability to quickly summarize and simplify tech/AI news
- Strong ChatGPT prompting skills (editing, restructuring, improving clarity and
engagement)
- Ability to fact-check information using primary sources
- Fast turnaround time and ability to produce content consistently
- Organized workflow and ability to follow brand guidelines
- Strong English writing skills
