JOB OVERVIEW

Our growing law firm is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant or Paralegal with experience in the legal field. (Please note that we only accept applications from Filipino citizens residing in the Philippines during the application process.)

Key Qualifications:
Must be technologically savvy and ready to join our dynamic team as soon as possible.
Experience working with law firms is required.
Strong attention to detail, reliability, and integrity are essential.
Willingness to work during U.S. business hours is a must.

Key Responsibilities:
Assist with legal research and document preparation.
Manage and organize email correspondence, particularly legal communications.
Schedule and coordinate calendar appointments, including client meetings and court dates.
Draft, review, and manage legal documents and contracts.
Perform data entry and maintain organized case files and legal records.
Conduct internet research relevant to legal matters and case preparation.
Provide administrative support to attorneys and other legal tea ---------- mbers.
Handle client inquiries, provide updates, and maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Assist in the preparation of court filings and other legal procedures.
Collaborate with other VAs and legal professionals to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Compensation: Starting at $6/hour USD, with opportunities for growth.
