Key Responsibilities
Credit & Loan Administration
Assist with loan applications and credit submissions
Collate, review, and organise supporting documents (ID, financials, statements, contracts, insurance)
Maintain accurate loan files and internal records
Track outstanding conditions and follow up with internal teams and external parties
Credit Process Support
Prepare application packs for internal credit review
Update pipeline status and ensure credit milestones are monitored
Assist with valuations, QS reports, and third-party reports coordination
Settlement & Post-Settlement Support
Support settlement preparation, including fee confirmations and documentation tracking
Assist with drawdown administration and post-settlement file maintenance
Coordination & Communication
Liaise with brokers, solicitors, valuers, and internal stakeholders
Handle
Ensure deadlines and internal checklists are met
Requirements
Previous experience in credit support, loan processing, finance admin, or mortgage administration
Strong attention to detail and document accuracy
Excellent organisational and follow-up skills
Clear written English and professional communication skills
Comfortable working with spreadsheets,
Ability to work independently and manage multiple files at once
Nice to Have (Not Essential)
Experience supporting non-bank lenders, mortgage brokers, or private lending firms
Understanding of loan documentation, settlements, or construction / asset lending
