About Us

We are a fast-growing real estate investing company focused on wholesaling properties.

We use XLeads (a white-labeled GoHighLevel platform) to manage our marketing, CRM, and automation systems.

We are looking for a skilled GoHighLevel specialist to help build and maintain the backend systems that power our lead generation and follow-up.

This is a long-term remote opportunity for someone who enjoys building systems and solving problems.

Your Role

You will help us set up and manage our GoHighLevel / XLeads infrastructure, including funnels, automations, and CRM pipelines.

You will work directly with the business owner to implement marketing campaigns and automation workflows.

Responsibilities

Your tasks may include:

• Setting up GoHighLevel / XLeads accounts
• Building funnels and landing pages
• Creating automation workflows
• Setting up email and SMS sequences
• Managing CRM pipelines
• Setting up A2P SMS compliance
• Domain and email configuration
• Integrations (Zapier, webhooks, etc.)
• Troubleshooting automation issues
• Maintaining and improving existing systems

Required Skills

You must have real experience with GoHighLevel.

Required:

• GoHighLevel funnel builder
• Workflow automation creation
• CRM pipeline setup
• Email & SMS automation
• A2P registration and compliance
• Basic understanding of marketing funnels
• Strong English communication

Bonus Skills

Not required but helpful:

• Experience with real estate marketing
• Zapier or API integrations
• Facebook lead ads integration
• Funnel copy editing
