JOB AD - REAL ESTATE VIRTUAL ASSISTANT (Work from Home)
Position: Real Estate Social Media Manager & Website VA
Location: 100% Remote - Work from Home
Client: Australian Real Estate Agency - Canberra & Sydney

ABOUT THE ROLE
We are an Australian real estate agency specialising in house and land packages in Canberra ACT and Sydney NSW. We are looking for an experienced virtual assistant with a real estate background to build our website, set up all our social media platforms, and manage our online presence on an ongoing weekly basis.
This is a long-term position for the right person. We reward people who deliver real results - your pay will reflect the quality and performance of your work, not just the hours you put in.
PHASE 1 - WEBSITE & ACCOUNT SETUP (Performance-Based Payment)
You will build and set up everything from scratch. Payment for this phase is based on the quality and completeness of the work delivered - not a flat fee upfront. Once we review and approve the finished setup, payment is released in full.
Work includes:
Build a professional real estate agency website with property listings, enquiry form, and about page
Create and fully set up 2
Set up 2 Instagram business account with bio, highlights, and first 9 posts
Create 2 TikTok business account and upload images
Set up 2 WhatsApp Business with auto-reply, business hours, and catalogue
Create and verify Google Business Profile with photos and review request templates
Set up
Design a full brand kit in Canva - logo, colours, post templates, and banners
Payment for Phase 1: AUD $200 - released upon satisfactory completion and approval of all deliverables listed above.
PHASE 2 — ONGOING WEEKLY WORK (Performance-Based)
Once everything is set up, you will manage and grow all platforms on a weekly basis. This is an ongoing long-term role. Your weekly pay is based on performance - if you hit your targets, you get paid your full weekly rate. Consistent high performance will be rewarded with pay increases over time.
Weekly tasks include:
Post daily content across
Respond to all comments and DMs within business hours
Send weekly WhatsApp broadcasts to leads and enquiries
Update the website with new listings and blog posts
Request Google reviews from clients after each sale or enquiry
Grow followers organically through engagement and community groups
Track weekly analytics and send a short performance report every Friday
Run and monitor
Weekly performance targets (to earn full weekly pay):
Minimum 10 posts published across platforms per week
All DMs and comments responded to within 3 hours during business hours
Weekly analytics report submitted every Friday without being asked
At least 10 new Google review requested per week
Measurable follower growth month on month
Pay for Phase 2: AUD $7 per hour - 7 hours per week - paid every Friday based on work completed and targets met. Hours and rate reviewed upward at 30, 60, and 90 days based on results.
PAY SUMMARY
Setup fee (Phase 1): AUD $200 - paid on approval of completed work
Weekly ongoing rate: AUD $49 per week (7 hours x $7) - paid on performance
Payment method: PayPal, Wise, or bank transfer every Friday
Pay reviews: at 30, 60, and 90 days - strong performers earn more
Bonus: additional payments available for exceptional results such as high lead generation or viral content
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
You must have:
Real estate experience - you understand property listings, house and land packages, first home buyers, and investor language
Proven experience building websites using WordPress, Wix, or similar platforms
Hands-on experience managing
Strong written English - your posts must sound natural to an Australian audience
Canva skills - able to create professional branded graphics independently
Reliable internet connection and your own computer
Available to overlap Sydney/Canberra timezone (AEST) by at least 2 to 3 hours per day
Someone who takes pride in results - not just ticking boxes
It is an advantage if you have:
Previous real estate agency experience in Australia or internationally
Experience running
Video editing skills using CapCut or similar
Google Business and basic SEO knowledge
WhatsApp Business broadcast experience
