Work Hours: 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM VIC Time, Monday to Friday (40 hours per week)

Starting Offer: 35k+ (depending on skills and experience)

Join a growing Australian company that values proactive communication and efficient client engagement. They are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Outbound Appointment Setter to support their sales and operations team.

This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport over the phone. You will play a key role in connecting with leads, setting appointments, and keeping the sales pipeline organised and active.

What will you be doing

Making outbound calls to potential clients to schedule appointments
Managing and updating lead information accurately in the CRM
Following up on inquiries and maintaining consistent communication with prospects
Coordinating with the sales and operations teams to confirm bookings
Tracking outreach results and ensuring data accuracy in systems

Who we are looking for

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Experience in appointment setting, lead generation, or sales support
Experience in cold calling for Australian clients is an advantage
Knowledge or experience with ServiceM8 and Pipedrive is an advantage
