Marketing Manager
Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Marketing Manager to oversee and execute all marketing initiatives for a growing luxury real estate brand. This role is responsible for managing listing launches, digital marketing, brand presence, and public relations, client communications while ensuring every property and campaign is presented at the highest level.
The ideal candidate is both creative and strategic, with strong project management skills and the ability to coordinate multiple marketing channels simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities
Digital Marketing & Social Media
Plan and execute content for Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms
Create social media campaigns showcasing listings, market insights, and brand storytelling
Monitor analytics and optimize engagement and reach
Manage
Video editing a must
Brand Management
Maintain consistent brand voice, aesthetic, and messaging across all marketing channels
Develop marketing materials as needed
Ensure brand consistency across websites, social media, and printed collateral
Profile maintenance across platforms
Website maintenance:
Coordinated website updates and branding consistency
Correcting and update backlinks and SEO
Qualifications
3+ years of marketing experience (real estate experience a plus)
Strong writing and content creation skills
Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
Proficiency in Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design software
Familiarity with CRM systems and
Excellent organizational and project management skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

Compensation
Hourly pay. Compensation based on experience.
Employment will begin out part-time, then with proficiency become more hours.
Performance bonuses will be awarded in accordance with results.
