Role Overview
We are looking for a Sales & Partnerships Coordinator to support North American daytime coverage while helping nurture relationships with educators, retailers, adoption organizations, and cultural partners.
This role starts with sales outreach and grows into relationship and pipeline support over time.
Core Responsibilities
1. Sales Conversions & Pipeline
* Generate leads through research and conduct cold outbound outreach to retailers
* Manage and follow up on warm inbound leads in HubSpot, including educators, wholesale or retail partners, adoption organizations, and cultural or community groups
* Send thoughtful follow-ups using approved templates
* Manage pipelines and close sales to reach targets
* Track conversations, next steps, and notes accurately in HubSpot
* Coordinate orders or program participation once approved
* Ensure clean handoffs between partnerships, operations, and fulfillment
* Surface insights or patterns to the founder weekly
2. Educator Program
* Support educator or community programs by sending outreach
* Follow up with interested organizations
* Answer questions with care and accuracy
Schedule
* 10 to 15 hours per week
* Must overlap with US and Canada Eastern Time
* Consistent daily availability preferred
Requirements
* Strong written English and a warm communication style
* Experience in customer support, partnerships, account coordination, or administrative roles
* Comfortable following SOPs, templates, and escalation rules
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Comfortable working in a CRM (HubSpot experience is a plus, training provided)
* Emotionally intelligent and relationship-driven
