Schedule: flexible 5 days per week, must be available to help out some weekends, Here are the hours in EST
Morning shift: 8 am – 3 pm EST
Evening shift: 3 pm – 11 pm EST
What You Will Do:
You will live in two modes all day: Hunting leads and Closing leads
Hunting:
Call new leads within 60 seconds every time you are not already on a call. This is non negotiable. Speed to first contact is the biggest driver of show rates.
Work all clients’ leads in priority order:
Use GHL, Slack and our internal workflows so no lead is ever left behind.
Run our C.L.O.S.E.R. scripts word for word, naturally.
Clarify their goals, label their problem, understand what they’ve tried, then book them into the right offer.
Handle concerns and reinforce their decision so they actually show.
What Success Looks Like...
You are winning here if:
New leads are called in under 60 seconds
You rehearse the script so much you can breathe it
You follow up a lot, and you personalize them based on the lead’s goal
Compensation:
Base: $500 USD per month + $1,000 Performance pay for doing minimum daily tasks: + (100% of current setters hit this, it is the standard, not a stretch)
Bonuses:
Monthly performance challenges up to +$500 USD extra
Uncapped +$5 USD bonus for every low ticket booking you generate
Realistic monthly earnings for a solid performer: $1,500 USD
We pay for results and consistency. If you show up, work the system, and hit your numbers, you will earn well above typical VA roles.
Requirements
Non?negotiables:
Comfortable working EST shifts (either 8 am – 3 pm or 3 pm – 11 pm), 5 days per week including rotating weekends with your teammates.
Strong spoken English with a clear, neutral accent that works for US patients.
Internet at least 100 Mbps up and down, stable power (or a reliable backup).
Quality headset, quiet workspace, large monitor + laptop.
Experience in appointment setting, call center, sales, or high?volume customer support is preferred, but raw coachability and work ethic matter more.
