JOB OVERVIEW

We are a fast-growing online streaming agency looking for 4 motivated recruiters from the Philippines to help us find new streaming talent.

Your job will be to search for and connect with people on social media who may be interested in becoming live streamers and help guide them through our onboarding process.

This is a fully remote position with flexible hours, ideal for someone who is comfortable using social media and enjoys talking to new people online.

Position Details
Location: Remote (Philippines)
Hours: Part-time or Full-time available
Pay: $3-$5 per hour (Depending on experience)

Performance Bonuses

$5 bonus for every person you recruit who reaches Level 2 within their first month

$10 bonus if that same streamer reaches Level 5 within 3 months

This means strong recruiters can earn significant additional income through bonuses.

Your Responsibilities

Search for potential streamers on platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, Bigo, Twitch, and other social media platforms

Send messages and connect with potential streamers

Explain our agency opportunity and answer basic questions

Guide interested creators through the onboarding process

Track people you recruit and follow up with them

Requirements

Strong English communication skills

Comfortable using social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and similar apps

Confident messaging new people online

Self-motivated and reliable

Organized and able to track your outreach

Bonus Skills (Not Required)

Experience in recruiting, social media outreach, or sales

Familiar with live streaming platforms
