Hiring: Video Editor (Meta Ads) — Nashie.
We're Nashie — the collared, button-up swim shirt (UPF50+). We're scaling hard on Meta ads and looking for a video editor who can create scroll-stopping ad creatives that convert.
Offering above average wage, looking for high quality skills, creativity and communication.

- Creating clean product showcase videos with text overlays, motion graphics, and strong hooks
- Cutting and repurposing raw footage into multiple ad variations for A/B testing
- Adding captions, text overlays, and on-screen CTAs optimised for sound-off viewing
- Producing videos in multiple formats and aspect ratios (9:16, 1:1, 4:5)
- Collaborating with our marketing team on creative concepts, hooks, and angles
- Quick-turnaround iterations based on performance data and feedback

- Turnaround & availability: Typical turnaround time for a single ad creative + weekly availability (hours/timezone).
- Mini test (optional but strongly preferred)

Add transitions, cuts, and pacing that keep viewers hooked
Make it sound-off friendly (captions/text must carry the story)
- Beyond that — get creative. We want to see YOUR style. Add motion graphics, zoom effects, sound design, b-roll, whatever you think makes this video more engaging and thumb-stopping as a Meta ad. Show us what you'd do if this was your brand.
- Specs: Deliver in 9:16 (Reels/Stories). Keep it punchy — under 60 seconds ideally. Need to also be able to edit in 1:1 and other sizes.
- Deliverables: MP4 file + if you would like - short note explaining your creative choices (why you cut where you cut, what effects you added and why, music/sound choices).
