JOB OVERVIEW

About the Role

I'm a naturopathic doctor and wellness entrepreneur running two growing brands — a luxury tallow-based skincare line (Eat2Live) and a wellness education platform. I also have a Direct Sales company i need support with. answering DM's, emails etc... I'm looking for a sharp, proactive VA who takes ownership, thinks ahead, and actively looks for ways to take things off my plate without being asked. This is not a task-ticker role. ;-)
I need someone who notices gaps, comes to me with solutions, and communicates proactively throughout the week.

Primary Responsibilities

Own and grow my Pinterest presence — 3 to 5 pins per week, board strategy, keyword-rich descriptions, scheduling, and driving traffic to products and content
Research and compile aligned influencer lists in the wellness and skincare space
Send outreach DMs and emails using provided templates and track all outreach in a spreadsheet
Follow up with influencers consistently and report on response rates
Monitor incoming messages across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and email daily
Respond to messages using pre-approved templates and flag anything requiring my personal attention
Send a clean daily message report covering what was handled, what was flagged, and any leads or buying signals noticed
Support TikTok content as needed — trending audio research, hashtag strategy, content ideas

You Must Have Proven Experience With

Pinterest — board strategy, keyword optimization, pin creation, scheduling, and traffic growth (links to accounts you have managed are a bonus)
TikTok — you must genuinely understand the platform, algorithm, trending audio, hooks, and SEO descriptions
Canva — clean, luxury, minimal aesthetic. No florals or pastels. Brand colors provided.
Flodesk — workflows, sequences, and list management
Strong written English — a large part of this role is copy-forward and your messages represent my brand

Bonus Points For

Klaviyo experience
CapCut or Opus Clips for video editing
Shopify basic knowledge

Facebook Groups management experience
