JOB OVERVIEW

Real Estate Data Research, Skip Tracing & Marketing Assistant

Remote Position – Philippines (Province-Based Preferred)

We are a U.S.-based commercial real estate company seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Real Estate Data Research & Marketing Assistant to join our growing remote team.

This position will work as part of a team of Philippines-based professionals collaborating daily with U.S. managers.

The role focuses on real estate research, skip tracing, contact database building, and marketing outreach.

We strongly prefer applicants who are located in provincial areas of the Philippines, where candidates are often more focused on stable, long-term employment.

Important Work Requirements

This position requires you to:

• Work during scheduled hours with U.S.-based managers
• Be available and responsive on WhatsApp during all working hours
• Work as part of a team of Philippines-based remote staff

This is a goal-oriented position with assigned research and marketing objectives.

If you cannot remain available and responsive during your scheduled working hours, this job will not be a good fit.

Primary Responsibilities
Real Estate Data Research

• Research U.S. real estate markets and properties
• Identify property owners, brokers, investors, and industry contacts
• Collect and analyze real estate data

Skip Tracing

• Locate property owners and decision makers
• Perform skip tracing to identify:

email addresses

phone numbers

mailing addresses

business contact information

• Use online databases, research tools, and AI tools to verify accurate contact information

Contact Database Creation

• Build and maintain organized contact lists including:

names

emails

phone numbers

addresses

• Maintain spreadsheets or CRM databases

Marketing Support

• Send marketing emails related to:

real estate investment opportunities

commercial properties

appraisal services

• Assist with marketing outreach and lead tracking

Skills & Experience (Preferred)

Ideal candidates will have experience with:

• Internet research
• Skip tracing or lead generation
• Data collection and verification
• Excel or Google Sheets
• CRM or database management
• AI tools for research and productivity
• Email marketing or outreach campaigns

Experience researching U.S. real estate or property ownership is a strong advantage.

Strong written English communication skills are required.
