We are a US-based company operating two businesses — an architecture practice (Drams Architects) and a general contracting company (Drams Construction). We are looking for a sharp, reliable, and proactive Virtual Assistant to become our right hand in day-to-day operations.

This is a full-time remote position, Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time (that's 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM Philippine Time — graveyard shift). You must be comfortable and set up for night-shift work.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Answer incoming phone calls via Google Voice and take messages or route calls
• Follow up on Accounts Receivable — call clients about unpaid invoices
• Follow up on Accounts Payable — coordinate with vendors on payments and documentation
• Prepare and send proposals, contracts, and project documents
• Manage calendar, schedule meetings, and send reminders
• Track deadlines, permits, and project milestones
• Organize files in Google Drive and keep everything tidy
• Draft and send emails on behalf of the team
• Light bookkeeping support in QuickBooks (categorizing, logging receipts)
• General admin tasks as needed — research, data entry, follow-ups

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Excellent spoken English — you will be making and receiving calls with US clients, vendors, and government offices. Clear, confident, professional phone presence is a must.
• Strong written English — you will draft emails, proposals, and client-facing documents.
• Proactive and organized — you don't wait to be told what to do. You see what needs to happen and you make it happen.
• Experience with architecture or construction companies is a strong plus — you understand project timelines, permits, contractors, and client relationships.
• Comfortable with Google Workspace (Gmail, Drive, Calendar, Docs) and QuickBooks.

• Reliable internet connection with a backup plan. You need a quiet workspace for phone calls.

WORK SCHEDULE

• Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Pacific Time
• This is 12:00 AM – 8:00 AM Philippine Time (graveyard shift)
• Full 8-hour shift, must be online and responsive the entire time

COMPENSATION

• $4.00 USD per hour
• Paid via Wise
• Long-term position — we are looking for someone who wants to grow with us
