JOB OVERVIEW

Female Sales Virtual Assistant (Remote, Philippines)

I run a home organizing business in the United States and plan to open several additional businesses in the future. I am hiring a Sales Virtual Assistant based in the Philippines whose main role is converting incoming leads into booked clients.

IMPORTANT – Video Required

Main Responsibility (Sales)

Your primary role is sales and lead conversion.

Tasks include:

Answer incoming calls from potential clients

Speak with leads and help convert them into booked clients

Reply to new leads through calls, text messages, and email

Communicate professionally with potential clients

Provide strong customer service

Virtual assistant support

Lead management

Client communication

Scheduling support

Occasional Personal Assistant Tasks

You may occasionally assist with:

Scheduling personal appointments

Calendar coordination
