JOB OVERVIEW

**Real Estate Inside Sales Agent (ISA) – Seller Lead Calling | $6/hour | Full-Time**

We are a growing **U.S. real estate team** looking for **2 experienced Inside Sales Agents (ISAs)** to call seller leads and set appointments for our agents. This role is focused on **outbound calling, lead follow-up, and appointment setting with homeowners who may be interested in selling their property.**

We are looking for someone with **excellent English, a professional phone presence, and prior experience calling real estate leads.**

This is a **long-term opportunity** for someone who is confident on the phone and comfortable speaking with homeowners.

**Pay:** $6 per hour + performance bonuses
**Schedule:** Full-Time (40 hours per week)

We are hiring for two shifts:

**Position 1:**
8:00 AM – 4:00 PM EST

**Position 2:**
12:00 PM – 8:00 PM EST (includes weekend availability)

**Responsibilities**

* Call seller leads and homeowners
* Follow up with leads who have previously shown interest in selling
* Qualify sellers and gather property information
* Set listing appointments for our agents
* Update notes and track conversations in our CRM
* Maintain organized follow-up with leads
* Use scripts while sounding natural and professional

**Requirements**

* Excellent spoken and written English
* Minimal accent and professional phone presence
* Previous experience **calling real estate leads**
* Comfortable with outbound calling and rejection
* Strong communication and persuasion skills
* Reliable internet connection and quiet work environment
* Ability to work **U.S. Eastern Standard Time hours**
* Must be dependable and consistent with calling

**Preferred Experience**

* Real estate cold calling or ISA experience
* Experience with dialers (Mojo, Batch Dialer, CallTools, etc.)
* Experience using CRM systems
* Appointment setting experience

**Compensation**

* $6/hour base pay
* Bonuses available for qualified appointments and closed deals
