JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a sharp, self-directed Amazon operations professional who thrives in a fast-moving agency environment. You are someone who owns your accounts like a business partner, not someone who waits to be told what to do next. You have managed multiple Amazon accounts simultaneously, led support teams, and kept clients informed and confident, all without dropping the ball on either side. You are organized, proactive, and comfortable being the central point of contact for both your clients and your internal team.
