We are looking for an experienced Amazon FBA professional who can manage and optimise our Amazon operations while also supporting the founder with operational and administrative tasks om UK STORE
Our Amazon business is scaling rapidly and is projected to reach £1M+ in annual revenue, focused primarily on wholesale and brand partnerships. We are looking for someone who understands the Amazon ecosystem and can take ownership of daily account operations.
This is a long-term opportunity to become a key part of a growing e-commerce business.
Role Responsibilities
Amazon FBA Management (Full A–Z)
• Manage day-to-day Amazon Seller Central operations
• Product listing creation and optimisation (SEO, titles, bullets, descriptions)
• Product research and competitor analysis
• Inventory forecasting and restock planning
• Shipment creation and FBA logistics management
• Account health monitoring and issue resolution
• Handling Amazon cases, reimbursements, and support tickets
• Managing customer service messages and returns
Operational & Executive Support
• Supplier communication and order coordination
• Managing relationships with prep centres and logistics partners
• Organising product launches and tracking performance
• Data tracking, reporting, and operational documentation
• General administrative and research tasks to support the founder
Requirements
• Proven experience managing Amazon Seller Central accounts
• Strong knowledge of Amazon FBA processes and policies
• Experience with Amazon product launches and scaling listings
• Ability to solve account issues and communicate with Amazon support
• Highly organised and able to work independently
