Job Description: LinkedIn Automation Administrator (LinkedHelper Expert)
Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented, analytical LinkedIn Automation Specialist to manage our outreach campaigns, lead generation, and CRM management within LinkedHelper 2. The ideal candidate will act as the guardian of our LinkedIn reputation, utilizing automation to increase sales opportunities while strictly adhering to safety, daily limits, and personalization best practices. You will own the entire lead funnel from prospect identification to first-touch engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Campaign Setup & Strategy: Create and manage automated campaigns in LinkedHelper 2, including connection requests, follow-ups, message sequences, and profile visits.
Safety & Compliance: Monitor daily activity logs to ensure actions stay within LinkedIn’s safety limits to avoid account restrictions.
Targeting & Data Extraction: Utilize LinkedIn, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or CSV imports to scrape targeted leads and filter them into specific, actionable lists within the LinkedHelper CRM.
Message Personalization: Craft highly personalized, engaging, and relevant message templates using custom variables to increase response rates.
CRM & Integration Management: Maintain the internal LinkedHelper CRM, tagging profiles, managing inboxes, and exporting data to external CRMs like Hubspot or Pipedrive.
Interaction Management: Run automated campaigns to like and comment on prospect posts, and endorse skills to increase visibility.
Troubleshooting: Set up and monitor proxy servers to ensure safe, multi-account management (if applicable).
Required Skills & Qualifications
Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in managing LinkedIn automation tools (LinkedHelper 2 preferred).
LinkedIn Expertise: Deep understanding of LinkedIn’s interface, filters, Sales Navigator, and connection etiquette.
High Attention to Detail: Ability to manage complex, multi-step workflows and ensure accuracy in data extraction.
Technical Aptitude: Comfortable learning new software, managing proxy settings, and handling software installations (Windows/Mac/Ubuntu).
Strong Communication: Excellent copywriting skills for creating effective, conversational, and non-spammy outreach messages.
Analytical Thinking: Experience monitoring campaign metrics (connection rates, reply rates) to optimize performance.
Why This Role is Critical
An effective LinkedHelper admin bridges the gap between manual prospecting and scalable, automated sales, saving hours of manual work while maximizing lead generation.
Key Qualities of a Top-Tier LinkedHelper Admin
If you are looking to hire, look for these traits:
Cautious Operator: They prioritize safety over speed to protect the account from being restricted by LinkedIn.
Creative Personalizer: They know that spammy, bulk messages fail. They use custom variables (e.g., mentioning a recent post or mutual group).
Process-Oriented: They understand how to build a funnel, not just send a single message (e.g., invite -> wait 2 days -> if accepted, message 1 -> wait 5 days -> message 2).
