About the Company
We are a 12-year-old e-commerce company based in Texas, USA. We manufacture, import, and sell a range of apparel and accessories on ---------- under multiple brands, including Pembrook Apparel and Doctor's Select.
We sell specialty socks and are proud to be a market leader in many sock-related categories, shipping more than 1,000,000 orders per year.
The business is managed by an experienced and fun team spread across the globe. You'll work directly with our Marketing & Launch Manager and Creative Lead, and have access to a dedicated design team ready to help develop any creative collateral or content needed to bring our Shopify sites up to standard.

About the Role
We're looking for a talented and driven Shopify specialist to take ownership of three of our e-commerce websites — two established brands and one new launch. We're industry leaders on Amazon and need our Shopify presence to match that standard. This is a hands-on role with real creative and strategic ownership, and significant room to grow.

What You'll Do
- Lead a full audit and overhaul of two existing Shopify sites, bringing them up to a premium standard in design, UX, performance, and conversion
- Build and launch a third Shopify store from the ground up
- Own the ongoing optimisation of all three sites — CRO, page speed, SEO, product pages, navigation, and checkout flow
- Test and optimise on an ongoing basis
- Collaborate on and support digital marketing initiatives including email, social, and content strategy
- Bring fresh ideas and best practices from the wider e-commerce world into everything you do


What We're Looking For
- Proven Shopify experience with strong case studies you're proud to show — we want to see the before and after, as well as any quantifiable outcomes you delivered
- A sharp eye for design and a clear understanding of what makes people buy
- Strategic thinking — the ability to craft a tailored approach based on brand, audience, and goals
- Solid e-commerce knowledge; familiarity with Amazon Seller Central and attribution tools is a strong plus
- Analytical and creative — you can read data, spot trends, and think outside the box to test new ideas
- Familiarity with digital marketing channels and how they connect to on-site performance
- Growth-minded and curious — this role can expand significantly for the right person
- Comfortable working cross-functionally with design, marketing, and operations, while also managing projects independently from start to finish
- Remote-work ready — you manage your own time, communicate clearly, and deliver results asynchronously
