We are hiring a Virtual Front Desk Coordinator to serve as the friendly face of our chiropractic clinic through a live video front desk system.
You will appear on a monitor at the front desk of our clinic and interact with patients in real time using Zoom or similar video software. Patients entering the clinic will see you on the screen, and you will greet them, check them in, answer questions, and assist with scheduling and membership options.
You will also answer incoming phone calls routed through internet phone line (VoIP) and assist with customer service and scheduling.
This is a customer-facing role, so excellent English, professionalism, and confidence on camera are essential.
You will be an important part of helping patients feel welcomed and cared for when they visit our clinic.
Work Schedule:
Must be willing to work U.S. Central Time hours.
Typical shift: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM Central Time (U.S.)
Philippines time will be overnight shifts, so applicants must be comfortable working those hours consistently.
Hours: Start with 20 hours with possibility of increased hours with experience and comfort with the position.
Pay: $5–6 USD per hour
Up to $7–8 USD per hour for candidates with prior experience in a similar role such as: remote customer service roles involving video calls
Annual Bonus: 1 month salary bonus
What You Will Do
Daily responsibilities include:
• Greet patients through a live video monitor when they enter the clinic
• Check patients into our system
• Provide digital intake forms for new patients to their phone
• Answer incoming phone calls through phone app - VoIP
• Schedule appointments and follow-up visits
• Educate patients on visit options including:
single visit pricing
packages
memberships
• Explain membership benefits and help patients choose the right plan
• Provide friendly and professional customer service
• Assist patients with general questions
• Communicate with the clinic team when needed
• Complete simple daily administrative tasks
You will essentially act as the front desk receptionist of the clinic, just working remotely.
Ideal Candidate

• Patient and calm under pressure
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable speaking about pricing and membership options
Customer service experience is extremely important.
Required Skills
• Strong spoken English
• Clear speaking voice
• Comfortable using Zoom and video calls
• Experience with customer service or front desk roles
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to learn new software quickly
Experience in medical offices, chiropractic clinics, or wellness clinics is a plus but not required.
Technical Requirements
Applicants must have the following:
• Fast internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps)
• Backup power and internet connection at all times in case of outages
• Quiet, professional workspace
• HD webcam
• Quality headset or microphone
• Modern computer capable of running Zoom and VoIP software
Because you will appear on camera greeting patients, your workspace must be quiet, well-lit, and professional.
