We are looking for a highly experienced Google Ads Specialist to manage and optimise our advertising campaigns.
Your main responsibility will be to generate high-quality leads while reducing cost per conversion and improving return on ad spend (ROAS).
You will be working across several companies within our group targeting the UK and international markets.
We are only interested in candidates with a proven track record of running profitable Google Ads campaigns and improving campaign performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage and optimise Google Ads campaigns (Search, Performance Max, Display, and YouTube)
• Generate qualified leads through search campaigns
• Continuously optimise campaigns to reduce cost per lead and increase conversions
• Conduct keyword research and develop campaign strategies
• Perform A/B testing on ads, landing pages, and campaign structures
• Monitor campaign performance and scale successful campaigns
• Pause or improve underperforming campaigns
• Analyse performance data and provide clear reporting
• Work with our team to improve landing page conversion rates
Requirements
• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns
• Experience running lead generation campaigns
• Strong understanding of Google Search campaigns and keyword targeting
• Experience improving conversion rates and reducing cost per acquisition
• Familiarity with conversion tracking, Google Analytics, and Tag Manager
• Ability to analyse data and make performance improvements
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results
• Reliable internet connection and ability to work remotely full-time
