JOB OVERVIEW

Driver Operations Coordinator to help manage and support our growing logistics team.
This role is responsible for keeping our driver operations organized, efficient, and running smoothly on a daily basis.
You will be working closely with drivers to ensure they are active, performing, and completing their routes correctly.

Responsibilities
• Track daily driver activity and performance
• Monitor routes, stops, and package completion
• Ensure drivers are starting and completing their shifts
• Communicate with drivers to provide support and resolve issues
• Keep accurate records using spreadsheets or tracking systems
• Identify underperforming drivers and report issues
• Help maintain organization across all driver operations

What You’ll Be Managing
• Driver attendance and consistency
• Stops completed per shift
• Package delivery performance
• Communication between drivers and the team

Ideal Candidate
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Comfortable using spreadsheets (Google Sheets, Excel, etc.)
• Strong communication skills
• Reliable and proactive
• Able to manage multiple drivers at once
• Problem solver with a sense of urgency

Schedule
Flexible, but must be available during driver operation hours and able to monitor activity consistently.

Compensation
$100 per week
(90-day performance review with opportunity for growth) If your drivers are succeeding, you will make WAY more money.

The goal of this role is to keep our driver network running smoothly, improve performance, and ensure all operations stay organized and on track.
