The Opportunity
We’re looking for a strategic, culture-driven, and highly engaged Community Manager to nurture and grow our digital and talent-facing communities. This role is ideal for someone who understands the creator economy, thrives in fast-paced environments, and genuinely loves building meaningful relationships online and offline. You’ll play a key role in strengthening engagement between Dulcedo, our talents, our audiences, and our partners - ensuring our community feels connected, inspired, and aligned with our brand voice.
As Dulcedo continues expanding its international presence, this position offers real opportunity to shape how we cultivate and activate our community at scale.
Scope of Work
Community Engagement & Growth
Build and nurture relationships with our talents, creators, and digital audiences.
Actively engage across social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.), responding to comments, DMs, and community inquiries.
Develop initiatives to increase engagement, loyalty, and brand affinity.
Identify emerging creators, cultural trends, and community opportunities.
Monitor audience sentiment and feedback.
Assist in organizing online and in-person community activations when required.
Track engagement, growth, and community performance metrics.
Analyze trends and provide insights to optimize strategy.
Prepare monthly community reports with actionable recommendations.
Your Profile
+5 years of experience in community management, social media, or influencer marketing.
Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital culture.
Exceptional communication skills (written and verbal) in English
Strong organizational skills: you're a pro at managing tasks & staying on top of priorities.
Excellent time management and a proactive attitude.
Familiar with Canva for simple design tasks like templates and formatting.
Positive, personable, approachable and you enjoy being part of a collaborative team!
