ProCraft Restoration Group is a premium residential restoration and remodel company serving the Southeast US (roofing, exterior, interior, energy efficiency upgrades). We're a stable, growing team building an inside sales outbound department.
Your Role – Straightforward & Focused
Your ONLY job: Make high-volume outbound calls to our warm database (past happy customers + previous leads) ? follow a proven script ? qualify interest ? book in-home appointments for our local reps ? log everything in CRM. No closing sales – just setting appointments.
Daily Responsibilities
100–150 outbound dials/day to warm contacts.
Use our script to re-introduce company/services (lifetime warranties, expanded offerings), ask key questions (main need: roof/exterior/interior/energy), and book specific day/time with correct specialist.
Log calls, notes, outcomes, and move contacts in pipeline (e.g., New ? Attempting ? Appointment Set) in GoHighLevel (GHL).
Send templated follow-up SMS when needed.
Hit daily/weekly appointment targets consistently.
Must-Have Qualifications
Excellent spoken English: Neutral/light accent that's clear and easy for US homeowners.
Proven outbound/cold calling + appointment-setting experience (US clients preferred; ideal: roofing, solar, HVAC, real estate, insurance, home services).
Comfortable with high volume (100+ dials/day) and handling "no's" frequently.
Quiet home office, reliable high-speed internet, quality headset with mic.
Available for US EST hours (overlap with PH night/morning shifts common in call center roles).
Nice-to-Have (Big Advantages)
Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL), JobNimbus, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRMs.
Background in home services industries.
