About the Role
We are looking for a YouTube video editor to join our media team and help produce high-quality long-form content for a fast-growing entrepreneurship and financial education platform.
Our content is designed for entrepreneurs and business owners looking to grow their companies, access capital, and scale their operations.
This role will primarily focus on editing:
• Podcast episodes
• Educational talking-head videos
The initial workload is light and manageable, typically consisting of 1–2 long-form videos per week, with the opportunity for the role to expand as our content production continues to grow.
We are looking for someone who wants to build a long-term working relationship with a creator and brand, not just complete one-off projects.
• Must be available to work EST hours, and all interviews will be conducted during EST business hours.

What You'll Be Working On
Each week you may be responsible for editing content such as:
Podcast Episodes
• Clean up dead space and tighten pacing
• Add intro hook clips at the beginning of the episode
• Insert commercials or call-to-action segments
• Add simple graphics such as social media handles or text callouts when needed
• Deliver a clean, YouTube-ready final episode
Talking-Head Educational Videos
• Edit educational videos typically between 8–15 minutes long
• Remove pauses and tighten pacing
• Add graphics, text, or visual enhancements when appropriate
• Maintain a clean and engaging viewing experience
Our goal is to continuously improve the quality and performance of our long-form content, so we value editors who think about viewer engagement and storytelling, not just cutting clips together.
