We are looking for a Pre-Production Video Researcher to help us find the best clips and video content that will be used in our paid advertisements.
Your main task is to search the internet for strong video clips that our editing team can use to build high-performing ads. Most of the research will be done on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and the Meta Ads Library, but you are free to use any platform where you can find useful content.
This is a fully remote position, and you can work on your own schedule.
We expect around 30–40 hours per week in the beginning.
What You’ll Do
- Search platforms like TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and Meta Ads Library for useful video clips
- Find competitor ads and content that can inspire or be used in our ads
- Identify specific
- Collect and organize clips in a clear way for our editing team
- Constantly look for new trends, hooks, and content styles
- Help build a library of useful clips we can reuse for future ads
What We’re Looking For
- Someone who is very familiar with TikTok, Instagram, and short-form video content
- Ability to recognize engaging or attention-grabbing clips
- Good research skills and ability to find content quickly
- Organized and able to collect and categorize clips clearly
- Someone who can work independently and stay consistent
Bonus (Not Required)
- Experience working with e-commerce brands or ads
- Familiar with Meta Ads Library
- Understanding of UGC style ads
- Basic understanding of what makes an ad perform well
Example of the Work
- You might be given a product and asked to:
- Find 5-10 strong clips that could be used in an ad
- Find competitor ads running for similar products
- Identify hooks or
