JOB OVERVIEW

We are a licensed real estate company in Japan specializing in Akiya (vacant houses) and renovation projects.

We are looking for content creators who can turn our property footage into engaging short-form videos.

These videos will introduce affordable Japanese houses to international audiences.

What You Will Do

Create short-form videos using our materials and post them on:

• TikTok
• YouTube Shorts
• Instagram Reels

You can create content in your own style.

Your videos will include a contact link that allows viewers to reach our team.

What We Provide

We provide everything you need:

• Video footage of Japanese houses
• Before / after renovation clips
• Property photos
• Caption examples
• Contact link for inquiries

???? You do NOT need to film anything yourself.
???? You only need to edit and post.

Commission Structure

This position is performance-based with commission and bonuses.

If a buyer purchases a property through your content, you will earn:

???? 2–3% of the property purchase price

Example earnings:

$30,000 property ? $600 – $900
$50,000 property ? $1,000 – $1,500
$100,000 property ? $2,000 – $3,000

???? No limit on earnings

Bonus Potential

High-performing videos may receive additional bonuses.
