JOB OVERVIEW

We are a European company operating in the hearing aid accessories industry, selling products to hearing aid clinics and audiology businesses across Europe.

We are launching a new B2B Shopify webshop and are looking for a reliable long-term tea ---------- mber from the Philippines who will take full responsibility for our email marketing operations and Shopify webshop optimization.

This is an important role where you will manage our outreach marketing campaigns and continuously improve our webshop performance.

Working Hours

Part-time position

4 hours per day (Monday–Friday)

Remote work

Opportunity to increase hours later as the business grows.

Main Responsibilities

Email Marketing (Primary Responsibility)

You will be fully responsible for managing and improving our email marketing campaigns.

Tasks include:

creating and managing email outreach campaigns

sending cold email campaigns to hearing aid clinics

creating follow-up sequences

monitoring replies and performance

improving email templates and messaging

organizing email contact lists

optimizing open rates and response rates

You will manage our email marketing tools and ensure campaigns run smoothly.

Shopify Webshop Optimization

You will also be responsible for improving and optimizing our Shopify webshop.

Tasks include:

improving product pages

editing product descriptions

organizing product collections

creating or improving landing pages

improving user experience

suggesting ways to increase conversions

uploading and managing products when needed

Lead Generation (Initial Phase)

During the first phase you will work together with another tea ---------- mber to build a database of hearing aid clinics across Europe.

Tasks include:

researching hearing aid clinics

collecting email contacts

organizing data in spreadsheets

preparing contact lists for email campaigns

Requirements

We are looking for someone who:

has experience with email marketing or lead generation

has good written English

is organized and detail-oriented

can manage marketing campaigns independently

is proactive and willing to suggest improvements

is comfortable working with spreadsheets and online tools

Bonus if you have experience with:

Shopify

cold email outreach

B2B marketing

marketing automation tools

Salary

$6 – $8 per hour

This is a long-term opportunity with the possibility of increased hours and responsibilities as the business grows.
