REMOTE CLIENT SUCCESS REPRESENTATIVE — FULL-TIME (Work From Home | High Earnings)

We're growing fast and we need someone who can talk to people.
We need you to have a real conversation, figure out if what we offer makes sense for them, and hand them off to the right person on our team.

WHAT THIS JOB ACTUALLY IS
We run a financial education program. Our clients are already paying subscribers. A small percentage of them are eligible for an exclusive upgrade — a premium program with significantly more value than their current plan.
Your job is to be the first human touchpoint in that process.
You reach out. You chat. You explain what's available. If they're interested, you get them on a call with a senior advisor who takes it from there.
That's it.
You are not responsible for closing anything. You are only the intermediary with our closer.

COMPENSATION
$ ---------- weekly. We’ll talk about it first hand before doing a trial once your application has been retained.

SCHEDULE
Full-time: 40 hours/week
You pick your 8-hour window during 9AM to 12PM UK TIME

WHAT YOU MUST HAVE — NO EXCEPTIONS
Crystal-clear spoken and written English Our clients are international. You'll be on the phone with people across Europe and beyond. Accent is fine. Clarity is not negotiable. We test this before making any offers.
40 hours/week, nothing else This is your primary job. We don't work well with people juggling three side gigs. Full focus only.
Rock-solid internet You're on calls. Dropped connections kill ---------- ntum and kill deals. Mobile data backup is required.
A quiet room We've lost deals because of background noise. Dogs, traffic, children, neighbours — none of that can be audible when you're on the phone. Dedicated, quiet workspace is a hard requirement.
A decent phone or headset Clear audio in, clear audio out. We test this. Low-quality sound means no offer.
Previous experience doing this kind of work Phone sales, appointment setting, client success — something that proves you can handle a professional conversation and move it forward.

No closing pressure, you only book the meeting. That's where your job ends.
