What the role involves:
Working outbound leads provided to you and proactively building your own pipeline in line with agreed targets
Persistent, professional outreach via phone and
Developing a thorough, confident working knowledge of EHL Group's full service offering so that every conversation you have is credible and compelling
Coordinating and booking site visit appointments directly into the EHL estimating team's calendar when a prospect is ready to progress
Facilitating smooth onboarding handovers to the relevant internal teams when a new client is confirmed
Maintaining accurate records of all outreach activity, pipeline status, and outcomes
What we are looking for:
Proven experience in B2B lead generation, cold calling, or appointment setting — ideally within facilities management, construction, or a related sector
Fluent, clear, and easily understood spoken and written English — this is a non-negotiable prerequisite. You will be speaking directly with business clients based in the North East of England, and you must be able to communicate with confidence and clarity from day one
Resilience, patience, and the grit to keep pushing when conversion takes time
A self-starter mindset — you do not wait to be told what to do next
Reliable internet connection and a professional, distraction-free working environment
Availability to work UK business hours (8:00am - 16:30pm GMT)
