Affiliate Growth Partner (Direct Response / Affiliate Marketing)

We are looking for a high-level Affiliate Growth Partner to help scale an offer that is already working.

This is not a new product and not a guessing game.

We already have:

• A proven offer
• A growing audience across multiple platforms
• Strong retention and customer results

The main bottleneck is distribution and traffic.

Your role is to help turn our existing audience and affiliates into consistent signups and growth.

What You Will Be Responsible For

Your main responsibility is simple:

Increase affiliate-driven signups.

You will work across multiple channels including:

• Instagram
• Facebook Page
• Skool Community
• Email List
• YouTube Community

Your responsibilities include:

• Activating and managing affiliate growth
• Writing direct-response content that drives signups
• Creating distribution strategies for existing content
• Identifying which channels convert best
• Working with internal data to double down on what works
• Helping systemize affiliate messaging and promotions

You will work directly with:

• The Founder
• Our CMO
• Data Analyst
• Affiliate Manager

This is a growth and strategy role, not just a posting role.

Trial Structure

We begin with a short trial period to evaluate fit and execution ability.

During the trial we measure:

• Signup growth
• Traffic ? conversion performance
• Affiliate activation and output

After the trial, our plan is to move the role into a long-term position with a fixed monthly salary, along with performance upside such as revenue share or partnership incentives.

We are looking for someone who wants to grow with the business long term, not just complete short projects.
