JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a highly organized and creative Virtual Assistant to help build and manage a growing online education and content platform (multiple brands). This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both content creation and digital marketing operations and is comfortable working across platforms like Kajabi, Instagram, Canva, and Meta Ads Manager.

The right candidate will help transform ideas, recordings, and outlines into polished content, courses, and marketing funnels.

Responsibilities:
- Social Media Management
- Create and schedule social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
-Design graphics and carousel posts using Canva
-Edit short-form videos and reels
-Manage posting schedules and content calendars
- Repurpose long-form content into reels, clips, and posts
-Course Creation & Digital Products
-Upload and organize courses inside Kajabi
-Edit and format recorded lessons
-Create course modules, lesson descriptions, and downloadable resources
-Format and design workbooks, PDFs, and guides
-Build landing pages and course sales pages in Kajabi
- Lead Magnets & Funnels
-Create lead magnets such as guides, checklists, and mini-courses
- Set up opt-in pages and email automations
- Help organize marketing funnels for digital products
- Advertising & Retargeting: Set up and manage Meta retargeting campaigns
-Install and manage Meta Pixel tracking
-Create basic ad graphics and copy
-Monitor ad performance and report basic analytics
- Content Repurposing: Turn webinars or long videos into multiple pieces of content
- Create reels, carousels, quote graphics, and clips from recordings
- Help maintain a consistent publishing schedule

Required Skills:
- Experience with Kajabi or similar course platforms
- Experience editing short-form video (reels, TikTok, shorts)
- Strong skills with Canva
- Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager and retargeting campaigns
- Experience building lead magnets and marketing funnels
- Strong organization and attention to detail
- Ability to take direction and work independently

Preferred Skills:
- Experience working with online educators, coaches, or digital course creators
- Basic knowledge of email marketing (Kajabi, Mailchimp, ConvertKit, etc.)
- Experience editing webinars or long-form video content
- Familiarity with content strategy and audience growth

Work Structure: Remote position; Flexible hours but consistent weekly deliverables
