JOB OVERVIEW

We are hiring serious cold callers for our digital marketing agency.

This role requires extremely strong English communication. You will be speaking directly with US business owners, so your English must be clear, confident, and easy to understand.

If your accent is strong or easily noticeable, this position will not be a good fit.

We are specifically looking for callers who sound very close to native English speakers and can hold professional conversations with business owners.

If you do not believe your English is near-fluent with minimal accent, please do not apply.

Responsibilities
• Make 250–600 calls per day
• Speak with business owners
• Qualify prospects
• Book strategy calls for our closers
• Track activity and call notes

Performance Expectations

This is a high-performance role.

Expected KPIs:
• 250–600 dials per day
• Average of 3 booked calls per day
• Strong objection handling
• Professional communication

We are looking for serious, disciplined callers who can consistently perform.

Compensation

This position is performance-based.

OTE:
$1,000 – $2,000+ per month

Top performers can earn more, as earnings are not capped.

Schedule

Part-time shift (typically 4–6 hours per day) depending on performance and availability.

High performers may receive additional dialing hours.

Requirements
• Near-native English speaking ability
• Minimal detectable accent
• Prior cold calling experience preferred
• Comfortable speaking with business owners
• Strong communication and confidence
• Highly disciplined and reliable
