Job description:
We are currently looking for a detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a proactive individual with excellent organizational skills, a strong commitment to delivering top-notch customer service and the ability to support our roofing, siding and gutter business.
Responsibilities
- Perform all clerical duties, and projects within parameters set by Management
- Answers, evaluates and transfers phone calls, screening when necessary
- Provide customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner
- Enters leads and schedule appointments in our company CRM
- Assists with scheduling telemarketing
- Retrieves information as requested from records,
- Proficiently use software such as Google Suite, Microsoft Suite and other office applications to support daily operations
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette when communicating with clients, vendors, and tea
- Support processes as assigned
- Assist sales tea
Required Skills/Abilities
- Prior experience in an administrative role or similar capacity is preferred
- Knowledge of clerical procedures and office management systems
- Familiarity with roofing, siding or construction is a plus
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle various inquiries effectively
- Proficiency in computer systems and the ability to adapt to new software
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- Knowledge of Google Suite and QuickBooks is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently
