JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a high-level Local SEO expert who specializes in Google Business Profile growth and Google Maps rankings.

This role is for someone who understands how to dominate local search, build authority backlinks, and turn Google Maps visibility into real leads and revenue.

We are not looking for a general SEO assistant.
We are looking for someone who has already ranked businesses in the top 3 of Google Maps and can repeat the process consistently.

Your Mission
Increase Google Maps rankings, calls, and leads by building authority, optimizing Google Business Profiles, and executing strong local SEO strategies.

Key Responsibilities
Google Business Profile Growth
Optimize Google Business Profiles for higher Google Maps rankings

Improve local relevance, proximity, and authority signals

Manage GMB posts, services, products, Q&A, and updates

Implement review acquisition strategies

Local SEO Strategy
Identify high-intent local keywords

Optimize location pages and local landing pages

Conduct local competitor analysis

Improve Google Maps visibility

Backlink & Authority Building
Build high-quality local backlinks

Create citation and directory strategies

Develop authority signals for local ranking

Execute link outreach campaigns

Performance Tracking
Track Google Maps rankings

Monitor calls, leads, and traffic

Deliver weekly performance reports

Requirements
You must have real, proven results with Local SEO.

Proven success ranking businesses in Google Maps Top 3

Strong experience with Google Business Profile optimization

Expertise in local backlinks and citations

Deep understanding of Local SEO ranking factors

Experience with tools like Ahrefs, SEMrush, BrightLocal, Whitespark, SurferSEO

Ability to analyze competitors and reverse engineer rankings

Bonus Experience
Home services industries (roofing, remodeling, construction)

Multi-location SEO strategies

Reputation management and review generation

Schema and local structured data
