ABOUT THE ROLE
We are a dynamic real estate company seeking a driven and personable Inside Sales Agent (ISA) to join our growing team. As an ISA, you will be the first point of contact for inbound and outbound leads, responsible for qualifying prospects, nurturing relationships, and setting appointments for our agents.
This role is critical to our sales pipeline. You will work evening hours to align with the schedules of U.S.-based prospects — many of whom are only reachable after their workday ends. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
-Make outbound calls and follow up on inbound leads during evening hours (EST)
-Qualify buyer and seller leads using a proven script and discovery process
-Set appointments for real estate agents with qualified prospects
-Maintain accurate records of all lead interactions in the CRM
-Follow up consistently with leads at various stages of the pipeline
-Send follow-up
-Track and report on daily call activity, contact rates, and appointments set
-Collaborate with agents to ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads
-Continuously improve call scripts and objection handling through feedback and coaching
REQUIREMENTS
Must-Haves:
-Excellent spoken English with a clear, confident, and professional phone presence
-Prior experience in sales, telemarketing, customer service, or lead generation (real estate experience a strong plus)
-Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls daily
-Strong active listening skills — ability to build rapport quickly
-Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision
-Reliable internet connection, a quality headset, and a quiet workspace
-Availability to work late afternoon and evening EST hours (approximately 3:00 PM – 9:00 PM EST)
Nice to Have:
-Experience with real estate CRM platforms (e.g., Lofty, Engage, Wise Agent)
-Familiarity with U.S. real estate terminology — buyers, sellers, listings, escrow, etc.
-Experience with dialers (e.g., Mojo, Vulcan7, REDX, or similar)
-Background in objection handling and appointment-setting scripts
WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE
In this role, you will be measured on:
-Number of qualified leads contacted per shift
-Appointment set rate — converting contacts into confirmed appointments for agents
-CRM accuracy and timely follow-up on all active leads
-Quality of lead handoffs — agents should receive well-qualified, well-prepared prospects
-Include the following phrase somewhere in your application or it will not be considered:

WORK ENVIRONMENT & SCHEDULE
This is a fully remote position. You will be working U.S. evening hours to reach prospects after their workday. A typical shift runs from approximately 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST), Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday availability preferred.
You will be provided with a lead list, CRM access, and calling tools. Ongoing training, script support, and regular coaching sessions are part of the role.
