JOB OVERVIEW

We’re a fast-growing US-based team powering brilliant, personalized email campaigns for some of the world’s best e-commerce brands.

We’re looking for a Marketing Operations Specialist: a detail-oriented execution expert who can operate Klaviyo flows, Shopify triggers, and AI-enhanced marketing systems.

You’ll follow clear SOPs and use powerful tools (including our own proprietary AI tools) to launch world-class marketing campaigns that drive real results.

What You’ll Be Doing:
• Set up and manage Klaviyo campaigns and automated flows
• Work inside Shopify to reference product and customer data
• Use our internal AI tools to personalize and enhance campaigns
• Execute SOPs with high attention to detail
• Collaborate with our US-based team via Slack, Notion, and Google Meet

You Are:
• A marketing ops professional with 3+ years of experience (agency or similar)
• A Klaviyo expert: you understand flows, triggers, segments, and dynamic blocks
• Fluent with Shopify and how it connects to email workflows
• AI-savvy: comfortable using ChatGPT or similar tools for content refinement
• Independent, proactive, reliable, and fast
• Comfortable working with our US-based team via Slack, Notion, and Google Meet
• Comfortable working 9 a.m. EST to 5 p.m. EST, Monday to Friday (U.S. hours)

Pay:
$12-15/hour (USD)
