JOB OVERVIEW

We seek to combine the power of AI and humans to enable dental clinics in the US to focus on providing the best dental care to patients while we take care of their necessary back-office revenue cycle management work. We are seeking experienced dental insurance verifiers to join our team.

Responsibilities:
- Complete all assigned dental verifications and dental breakdown calls to insurance companies with 100?curacy within 15 minutes of the clinic's request.
- Input all coverage percentages, maximums and deductibles accurately into the clinic's practice management software.
- Input the patient's correct remaining maximums and deductibles accurately into the clinic's practice management software.
- Input the patient's insurance history and plan details accurately into the clinic's practice management software.
- Verify that all insurance data in the client's software is accurate

Requirements & Preferences:

- Prior experience working in a dental clinic setting is strongly preferred.
- Familiarity with dental practice management software (e.g., Dentrix, Eaglesoft, Open Dental, Curve, Denticon, etc.). Please specify which software(s) you have experience with in your application.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to process tasks quickly and accurately.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.

Upon hire, you will be teamed up with our Operations Manager. They will help you navigate the needs of your first client and help you create processes to fulfill the client's needs.
