Position Overview:
This position is for a Virtual Assistant, specializing in QC of media with responsibility for performing minor edits when needed. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality of media delivery to help drive business growth and improve customer retention.
Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct thorough quality control checks on all media before client delivery to ensure standards are met.
• Perform minor retouches and edits on photos and videos
• Collaborate with tea
• Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide timely updates on projects.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience and comfortability a QC virtual assistant role, preferably in the real estate or media industry.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Must possess excellent English verbal/written skills
• Proficient with Slack, Photoshop, other editing platforms
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
