THE ROLE
Project & Lead Manager
Manifesting Serenity | Fully Remote
32–40 hours per week
This position supports the operational growth of a travel, wellness, and lifestyle media brand.
The role focuses on managing projects, organizing operations, maintaining lead pipelines, and supporting partnership development.
This is not an entry-level role. The person in this position must be comfortable operating independently, communicating professionally, and maintaining organized systems that support company growth.
The Project & Lead Manager will help manage opportunities such as:
• Podcast guest appearances
• Speaking engagements
• Brand collaborations
• Partnership opportunities
• Events and retreats
• Media outreach
Success in this role means keeping projects organized, ensuring follow-through on opportunities, and supporting growth through structured lead management.
CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
Candidates should demonstrate strong experience in the following areas:
Project & Operations Management
• Managing multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
• Tracking deliverables, deadlines, and task accountability
• Creating and maintaining organized workflow systems
Lead Management & Outreach
• Researching potential partnerships, media placements, or collaborations
• Conducting professional outreach and pitching
• Tracking leads and follow-ups within CRM systems or spreadsheets
Executive Communications
• Managing
• Drafting outreach messages, responses, and follow-ups
• Protecting executive time through strategic prioritization
Organization & Systems
• Maintaining structured documentation systems
• Tracking data, metrics, and project progress
• Improving operational efficiency and workflows
Event & Opportunity Coordination
• Coordinating event postings and logistics
• Tracking speaking opportunities, podcast appearances, and partnerships
• Supporting marketing and outreach initiatives tied to events or collaborations
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Ideal candidates will have:
• 2+ years of professional experience in project management, lead management, operations, or executive support
• Proficient, Advanced, or Mastery-level English (written and verbal)
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher
• Strong organizational thinking and operational awareness
• The ability to independently manage projects, pipelines, and communications
• Professional written communication and brand representation skills
• High reliability and strong time management

WORK EXPECTATIONS

COMPENSATION & PERFORMANCE STRUCTURE
• $4–$5 per hour depending on experience
• Performance bonuses tied to lead conversions and secured opportunities
• Efficiency bonuses based on project execution and reliability
• Loyalty-based pay increases
• Potential overtime opportunities (pre-approved)
• Holiday bonuses after 3 months
Payment structure:
• Paid twice per month

ROLE DEVELOPMENT TIMELINE
• 1 Paid project to start
• 2–4 week onboarding and systems training
• 3-month performance review
• Potential 6–12 month contract extension
