JOB OVERVIEW

Overview (Hospitality & Digital Support)

We are seeking a reliable Virtual Assistant to support our team with administrative, sales, and digital tasks. We are a hotel sales and marketing consultancy, so experience or familiarity with the hospitality industry is highly preferred.

This role will assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, sales outreach, onboarding properties to online travel platforms, and supporting social media and digital marketing initiatives.

Primary Responsibilities
Virtual Assistant & Administrative Support

Email scheduling and organization

Administrative support and task coordination

Assisting with onboarding properties on OTAs and distribution channels

Sales & Outreach Support

Cold calling potential partners or prospects when needed

Sending sales emails and outreach messages

Assisting with lead tracking and communication follow-ups

Social Media & Digital Support

Assist with social media scheduling

Help organize content for posting

Support basic social media management tasks

Additional Tasks (based on skills)

Graphic design

Video editing for short videos and reels

Creating social media graphics

Required Skills

Virtual assistant experience

Strong organizational and time management skills

Strong attention to detail

Good written and spoken English

Ability to work independently and follow instructions

Effective communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Experience

Experience working in the hospitality, hotel, or tourism industry

Experience working with OTAs or online travel platforms

Sales outreach or lead generation experience

Bonus Skills

Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro)

Video editing

Graphic design

Social media management
