If you want to focus deeply on two heavily-invested brands instead of spreading thin, this role is for you. You MUST be full-time and exclusive; no agency or freelance setups managing multiple clients. Serious applications only, looking to push the limits of our dual-brand advertising operation.
** What You’ll Do **
- Own the full PPC strategy across all Amazon ad types (SP, SB, SBV, and SD) for both brands. You will define the direction, build campaigns, adjust based on data, and drive results.
- Analyze performance data across multiple dimensions. Go beyond ACOS to evaluate TACoS, contribution margin, impression share, placement performance, keyword-level conversion trends, organic vs. sponsored ranking, and competitor dynamics.
- Connect PPC strategy to commercial factors like pricing, inventory, and organic ranking. Adjust your bid and budget strategies based on stock levels, price changes, and overall business goals—think commercially, not just in terms of ad metrics.
- Build and maintain robust reporting using Power BI and Google Sheets. While you'll collaborate with our Analytics Engineer on data pipelines, you must be comfortable pulling, manipulating, and presenting data independently.
- Develop comprehensive quarterly and monthly PPC plans that align with broader business goals, including product launches, seasonal pushes, profit targets, and market share objectives.
- Identify and implement opportunities to automate repetitive tasks. Over time, leverage AI and automation tools to scale your impact. This is a growth expectation, not a day-one requirement.
** Must-Have Skills **
- 3–5 years of hands-on Amazon PPC experience, managing $50k+/month in ad spend.
- Deep familiarity with the Amazon Ads console, campaign structures, match types, bidding strategies, placement modifiers, and use of bulk operations files.
- Experience with at least one third-party Amazon PPC tool (Pacvue, Scale Insights, Perpetua, Quartile, or similar).
- Strong analytical skills: You’re comfortable with pivot tables, INDEX-MATCH/VLOOKUP, and building data models in spreadsheets.
- Ability to think strategically: You can explain why you made a decision, not just what you did.
- Experience with Helium 10 or equivalent for keyword research and competitor analysis.
- Clear written and verbal communication in English.
- Philippines-based. Available to work full-time and dedicate 100% of your working hours to this role.
- Background in mathematics, statistics, computer science, economics, engineering, or a quantitative discipline from a reputable Philippine university.
** Nice-to-Haves **
(Not required, but great if you have, or are eager to learn):
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio.
- Familiarity with the Amazon Advertising API.
- Experience managing PPC across multiple Amazon marketplaces (US, UK, Canada).
- Understanding of contribution margin and unit economics at the SKU level.
- Interest in AI tools (Claude, Gemini or ChatGPT), automation, or scripting (Python, Google Apps Script) for campaign management.
