Support our Paid Media team on Meta and Google Ads. You will assist with campaign ad builds, site optimizations, implementation, reporting, and structured project workflows.
The ideal candidate is analytical, organized, and understands first-party data impact in performance marketing.
This role requires experience building and operating Google / Meta accounts autonomously.
Common Q&A we get from interviewees:
- Q) Do I need to work US hours?
- A) We prefer someone who can work the majority of hours on Eastern US timezone, until they are established and then we are flexible.
- Q) What type of clients?
- A) Lead gen clients with brick and mortar locations in the education and health space.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in building and optimizing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta, and TikTok
- Reporting
- Conversion setup and data systems
- Assist with tracking setup and QA
- Spearhead projects such as offline conversion imports and data connections for accounts
Requirements:
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- 4+ years of experience in Paid Media, SEO, and broad digital marketing
- Recent experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads
- Familiarity with GA4 and other associated Google platforms
- Ability to use AI tools to improve efficiency and output (chatGPT, Claude, Gemini)
- Comfortable working autonomously
- Meta CAPI / Google SST and GTM + offline conversion import knowledge and use
- Hubspot / Zoho a bonus
