JOB OVERVIEW

Overview
We’re looking for a detail-oriented Klaviyo Specialist to support our Klaviyo Coordinator in maintaining and optimizing multiple Klaviyo accounts. This role focuses on auditing flows, monitoring performance, and ensuring automations are working properly across accounts. The specialist will not be responsible for creating email designs or writing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities
• Audit automated flows across multiple Klaviyo accounts to ensure they are functioning properly
• Monitor flows and troubleshoot any technical issues
• Assist with scheduling email campaigns under the guidance of the Klaviyo Coordinator
• Review account performance metrics such as open rates and click-through rates
• Support A/B testing initiatives to help improve email performance
• Ensure flows follow best practices and triggers are firing correctly
• Flag issues, inefficiencies, or optimization opportunities to the Klaviyo Coordinator
• Help maintain the overall health and organization of each Klaviyo account

Qualifications
• Experience working with Klaviyo
• Basic understanding of email marketing metrics (open rate, click-through rate, etc.)
• Familiarity with automated flows and email marketing best practices
• Ability to manage and review multiple accounts efficiently
• Strong attention to detail and troubleshooting skills

Preferred
• Experience auditing or optimizing Klaviyo flows
• Experience supporting agencies or managing multiple client accounts
• Familiarity with A/B testing and performance analysis
