JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for a high-level Content Marketing Specialist who knows YouTube and AI. If you have experience building content systems, improving video performance, and using AI tools to produce smarter content, we’d like to hear from you. Portfolio required.

We are looking for a smart, organized, and creative Content Marketing Specialist who can help us grow through YouTube content and AI-powered content workflows.
This is not a basic posting job. We want someone who can help us plan better content, improve content quality, organize a clear workflow, and use AI tools to make content production faster and stronger.
You should be someone who understands how YouTube works, knows what makes content perform, and can turn ideas into content that is useful, polished, and aligned with business goals.

What You’ll Do
• Plan and manage YouTube-focused content
• Create content calendars and publishing schedules
• Research video ideas, audience interests, and competitor content
• Help develop video topics, hooks, titles, descriptions, outlines, and scripts and edit videos
• Improve YouTube SEO, retention, watch time, and click-through rate
• Use AI tools like ChatGPT to help with research, writing, planning, repurposing, and workflow
• Coordinate with editors and designers
• Repurpose long-form content into Shorts or other supporting assets
• Track analytics and improve content based on performance

What We Need
• Experience in content marketing, YouTube content, or digital marketing
• Strong understanding of YouTube strategy
• Experience using AI tools in content creation or content systems
• Strong English writing skills
• Organized and able to manage deadlines
• Able to work independently and think strategically
• High attention to detail

Nice to Have
• Experience in B2B, business, founder-led, or educational content
• Familiarity with Canva, CapCut, Descript, Notion, TubeBuddy, or VidIQ
• Experience supporting a content system, not just creating random posts
